Our kitchen stands out for having always been a simple kitchen, respectful of the genuine flavors of the mountain, which only a long family run can offer. We offer our guests first and second courses cooked in respect of the ancient traditional recipes of the Ampezzo valley, but not only.

The products used in our dishes are mainly of local origin. For over 50 years we have been buying meat from family farmers and small butcher´s shops of the region who respect high standards of quality.

Some specialties of our menu are:
  • grilled steaks
  • grilled vegetables 
  • deer stew
  • pappardelle or tortelloni with game ragu
  • tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms
  • spaetzle with rocket, speck and cherry tomatoes
  • cold cuts Antipasti and mountain cheeses
  • salads 
​.... and do not forget our desserts such as our home made cakes, apple strudel,berries with yogurt or cream ....
